Terms of use
This page is short on purpose. It says what this tool does not do, so that nothing else on this site can be read as more than it is.
What this tool does not do
- It does not review your answers or your finished request to see whether they are legally sufficient.
- It does not reach any legal conclusion about your situation.
- It does not give you advice, an opinion, or a recommendation about your rights, your remedies, your defenses, your options, which form to use, or what strategy to follow.
- Nobody here acts for you, speaks for you, or files anything on your behalf.
Self-help, not legal advice
This tool helps you write and send your own request. It is a self-help service, not a lawyer, and it does not give legal advice.
The rest of it
- There is no fee. This site does not charge you anything and cannot take a payment.
- This tool is offered as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It can be wrong, it can be out of date, and it can be unavailable when you need it.
- Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship with anybody.
What you send is yours. Read it before it goes, and if what you are dealing with matters enough that you need advice about it, get that from a lawyer or from a legal aid office.
